Amstar DMC looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join  our Punta Cana´s office. The right candidate will be able to coordinate Personal Services activities in order to provide assistance and be able to salve the differente requirements of leaders and colleagues in time.

You Will: 

  • Manage the personnel files.
  • Validate foreigners´documentation.
  • Keep vacation control updated for all employees.
  • Assist with personel schedules.
  • Manage and deliver uniforms.
  • Manage and deliver phones and work tools
  • Manage office materials.
  • Prepare employee certifications.
  • Manage first aid kit.
  • Manage colleagues´s benefits
  • Prepare activities for colleagues
  • Update office newsletter
  • Give general assistance to staff


  • Minimun 1 year of experience in Human Resources areas.
  • Bachelor´s degree in Psuchology and / or related areas.
  • Advance use of Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge and management of the Labor Code.
  • High level of proactivity and creativity
  • Bilingual (English/Spanich) spoken and Writen.
