• Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
• Experience: +2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel in a similar position.
• Technical skills and abilities: knowledge of the hotel’s products and services, intermediate command of English.

As Assistant Housekeeper Manager you will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations in the hotel’s ongoing effort to provide excellent guest service and financial profitability.
Manage daily housekeeping and laundry operations to include, but not limited to, maintaining cleanliness, service, and product
quality standards for guest rooms, spaces, restrooms, offices, banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
Help monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and conducting coaching.
